Description
Back and Seat Sponges They are manufactured from water-based polyurethane materials in accordance with the international non-flammability (ISO3795) and permanent defermoshyan (ISO1856) standards at internal density of 55 Kg / m3 (ISO845) with internal metal frame. Back and Seat Units The back and seat units taken from the hearts are clothed with complex fabric. Fabric It has resistance to friction, flame retardancy and fade resistance, weighs 220-280 gr / m2, 50,000 rpm, 100% polyester fabrics are used. Mittens Armrests with an inner metal frame – the most suitable material for the hygienic, aesthetic, comfort, longevity, maintenance and repair – the plastic armrest unit with a cup is used. Carrier Feet and Metal Body The back and seat linings are built on a specially shaped single steel profile carrier foot from the center. Metal body welding is made with gas welding and continuous weld system is applied at joints. All metal parts are painted with electrostatic 80 micron ± 10 layer of powder paint. Flat Back Back unit with internal spring system; with the viewer leaning backwards. When the seat is empty, the tread unit returns to its upright position. |
